How can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number for Australia Post, by email as soon as it has been fully verified and scanned at a postage facility after production, you will also receive an email once your order has started production. This tracking number will enable you to track your order through the Australia Post tracking website to see the status of your order there.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times will range depending on the number of items you have ordered. Generally, it would take from 10-15 business days for it to arrive at your location.

What do I do if I receive the wrong order?

If you do somehow receive an incorrect order that you didn’t place/wrong size/colour, please contact us and our team will investigate the depth of your issue.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, as soon as you submit and confirm your order, this cannot be undone unless you email or contact us in any way shape or form, 6 hours after submission as we aim to process your order as soon as it’s sent through to ensure on-time delivery. If you do have a query on your order, please submit your request via email or any of the platforms.

How do I determine my size?

Each product on our website will have an attached size chart prompting the correct sizes to suit your needs. You may have to measure using a measuring tape to get precise measurements and a more accurate fit. Measurements provided on the size chart have a 1-3cm error and hence, if your product is not deemed fit upon arrival, then, unfortunately, we are unable to assist you; however, please ensure you contact us to prevent future issues, you can however change the size within 6 hours of ordering by contacting us.

Does VEREX ship internationally?

Currently the only country that VEREX operates in is Australia. However, if you contact us directly, we may be able to provide shipping to your specific country with alternatives costs; please feel free to contact us about this matter.

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

Immediately contact us through any of our platforms and our team will investigate further. Please also attach images of the defective item that you have received and your order number along with your complaint request.

Didn’t receive your order at all?

In the poor odds of not receiving your order at all, please contact VEREX as soon as possible with your order number and details. We will look straight into your request and aim to resolve your issue promptly.
