What Shipping Carrier do we use?
We currently use Australia post for all domestic/federal parcels. Parcels are shipped directly from our warehouse facility in Asia.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times will range depending on the number of items you have ordered. Generally, it would take from 10-15 business days for it to arrive at your location.

How do I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number for Australia Post by email as soon as it has been fully verified and scanned at a postage facility after production, you will also receive an email once your order has started production. This tracking number will enable you to track your order through the Australia Post tracking website to see the status of your order there:

Policy:
At VEREX, we use Australia Post as our main shipping carrier to ensure a safe and reliable shipment. Our products leave our warehouse and factories as soon as we receive confirmation of your order. Your order will be shipped to your house in approximately 10-15 business days to reach your order address. If you do somehow, receive delayed shipping times of over 15 business days from your order date, please let us know and our team will further investigate your shipment order status. We will also cover your Shipping Insurance for any shipment lost in transit and will notify you via email to resend your order, free of charge.
